Hi Everyone & Welcome to Today's GTA 5 Online Vid! In this vid i'll show you the second rare car location online.

There are four location's that the custom lime green voltic spawns, 3 during the day and 1 at night.

I will show you the night time location, located in West Vinewood in a parking lot down the street from Eclipse Towers.

Sadly you cannot put insurance on this car, even though you can purchase it through your phone.

The one you find on the street should be keepable but to high-end apparently.
